At Dutch Roots we offer a variety of classes and sessions that are designed to improve your wellbeing.
It doesn't matter if you are a beginner or experienced, there's no judgement here. You can feel comfortable knowing your instructors are experienced and open to all, because everyone deserves to have a well balanced mind, body and spirit.
