Donation Based Community Sound Bath

Class Description

Settle in with Jasmine for a soothing, hour-long Sound Bath. This class is donation-based; payment will be accepted at the event (cash, card, Apple Pay, or Venmo). Please arrive about 15 minutes early to cozy your space. We provide a yoga mat, bolster, Mexican blanket, and eye pillow. You’re welcome to bring extra comforts—an additional pillow or two, an extra mat, or a favorite blanket—so you can fully relax and receive. **Please understand that Sound Baths are not advised for those in their first trimester of pregnancy, who have a pacemaker or similar medical precautions, or who are prone to seizures. Please consult your physician if you have any medical concerns or contraindications with this alternative therapy.
