Free Community Yoga – Saturday Mornings at 9 AM (In-Studio) Kick off your weekend with a powerful dose of movement, breath, and connection. Our free community yoga class happens every Saturday at 9 AM right here in the studio—and everyone’s invited. We provide quality Manduka mats and props, so just bring your awesome self. Teachers rotate each week, offering fresh energy and unique styles to keep things fun and inspiring. Donations for the instructor are appreciated but totally optional. Come as you are, move how you can, and be part of something good. Start your Saturday strong. Let’s move!
