Have you ever been curious about meditation/mindfulness Have you tried it out and want to go a little deeper? Mindfulness practices guide you down the path to the practice of meditation. Mindfulness and meditation anchor you into the present moment, allow you peace and calm, grant you tools to understanding yourself and your life, and can change your perspective and experience. Meditation and mindfulness are both practices which means they take time and commitment. It can be hard to start and progress but with guidance, understanding, and kindness for yourself, you can begin or carry on this journey with a good foundation. We are offering a three week introduction into mindfulness and meditation. In this course we will: -Introduce mindfulness and meditation -Explore different methods for you to get a baseline with practices that may work for you and may not work for you -And practice!
