Start your year with intention and renewal at the New Moon, New Year Sound Bath on Saturday, January 25th, at 10:30 AM. This immersive experience is designed to help you release the weight of the past, embrace new beginnings, and set clear, heartfelt intentions for 2025. We’ll begin with a grounding breathwork practice to clear your mind and open your heart. From there, I’ll guide you through a gentle meditation to reflect on the past, connect with your inner vision, and plant seeds for the year ahead under the energy of the new moon—a time of quiet reflection and limitless potential—you’ll be enveloped in soothing sound vibrations from crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other instruments that nurture your mind, body, and soul. These harmonizing sounds will help you relax deeply, restore your energy, and align with this new year's fresh possibilities. Jasmine accepts cash, card, or Venmo at the time of the event. Please arrive 15 min early for payment and to cozy up. Mats, bolsters, Mexican blankets, and eye pillows are available at no extra cost, but please feel free to bring the comforts of home: blankets, pillows, sleeping bags, mats, and eye pillows to help cozy up your space.
