Vision Board & Manifestation Journal

Class Description

Vision Board & Manifestation Journal workshop will explore the notions around manifestation and setting intentions. You are encouraged to create whatever visual tool or expression feels most appropriate for you. You could make a vision board or a manifestation journal or both if you would like. We will discuss what a manifestation journal is as well as talk a little about how both these tools can be utilized as a work in progress just like ourselves. Sunday, September 24th We will begin the workshop with 30 to 40 minutes of movement before we spend time working on our preferred projects. We will provide: * poster board * magazines * scissors, glue, tape * markers and color pencils Things to bring: * wear or bring comfy clothes for movement portion * a journal of any kind, if you're interested in starting the manifestation journal or we will have a few for purchase. We'll have magazines but could also bring: * Anything that symbolizes things you want to attract in life * Anything that exemplifies inspiration and action towards the things you want to attract in life * These can be from magazines like we traditionally think of in relation to a vision board. Or it could be anything... old birthday or holiday cards. Stickers. Pictures or passages from old favorite books. Photos of yourself. Print specific images or quotes off the computer... * Anything you think of or find that represents what you're trying to express. Join me for this special event. It will be a wonderful way to observe the Fall Equinox and prepare for the shift into the next phase of our yearly cycle.
