Class Description
* Registration is required Experience Deep Relaxation and Healing Through Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra This unique combination of Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra is designed to guide your body into a state of deep relaxation and healing. By gently moving the body and releasing tension, we prepare for stillness, allowing the body to unwind and let go of daily patterns of stress and tension. We'll begin with 45 minutes of Yin Yoga poses, suitable for all levels. These poses, done lying down or sitting with props, help stretch the body and release stored energy. Following this, we'll transition into 35 minutes of Yoga Nidra, often called yogic sleep. In this extended savasana, you will be guided by voice into profound rest and tranquility, promoting a deeper sense of relaxation and well-being. *manduka mats & props provided *Feel free to bring extra pillows and blankets for added coziness! We also have tea available for you to enjoy. *Registration is required
