Class Description

Hatha Yoga Flow & Sound Bath The session will begin with the yoga portion and will be about 45 minutes long. The movement will be led by Amy G Yoga and is suitable for all levels. The yoga portion will be followed by an immersive sound experience to accompany your extra long Savasana. The sound bath will be led by sound therapist Jenn Gietzen and will also last approximately 45 minutes. You will feel completely rejuvenated and reset after this 1 hour and 30 minute session. Pre-registration is preferred
