Class Description

(60 MIN) Classes offer opportunities for students to experience their innate strength through powerful movement. Students will play hard in a safe and supportive environment. Classes strive to cultivate power and vitality in the body to elicit restoration and clarity within the mind. Classes offer vibrant sequencing that weaves power flow structures, with options to play with challenging poses, mediation, and various breathwork techniques.
