Class Description

Prenatal yoga is a safe and calming way to move your body during all trimesters of pregnancy. In these classes we will use many props and move slower than other styles of yoga. There will be a focus on meditation and mind body awareness that will provide many benefits throughout the pregnancy, during birth, and afterward. Throughout each class there will be use of specialized cues to help you navigate what is best for you and your body during each trimester. This is an opportunity to come together as a community of mothers, share hopes & fears, connect to your babies, and to feel back at home in your body.
